Big HELLO to all 3 1/2 of my visitors. I actually haven't been on this blog for years. I was having fun on Facebook but I am a big one for being allowed to speak. You see if there is not "free marketplace" of ideas then we lose freedom. I should speak. Sure I am going to be wrong sometimes. unlike some folks I do not claim to speak for God or from a plane so much higher than yours that you should automatically sit up straight and heed every sound that I make. I claim no divinity. I just like to talk. I like to hear or read my own voice. Okay usually I do make sense and the things I have to say are many times meant to be read by others.
So what sends me back to this back alley often unseen blog? I am kicked off of Facebook. Well only suspended. Mark Zuckerberg sent me home for a few days. No I can't appeal it. They say there is a way but when I attempted it before, I got the same response I get from my Senator when I write to him about the V.A.. Crickets Chirping. This is the third time, at least the third that I am aware of. You see I often bail out of Faceslam because I just get tired of the people posting Memes gathered from, who knows where. So when I bail out for a week Zuckerbergs commies could send me to the hall and I would never know. So what was I put into the hallway for? It was for writing "Muzzies". Yeah that's it. Just a one word response to a posted prefabricated Meme. I "commented" "Muzzies". I was informed that what I had done was in some way super offensive or alarming or threatening to some 12 year old intellect in southeast Asia or something. One time I wrote about how to escape those computer seizing highjack viruses and how I got into one of those traps while researching information about radical "muzzies" in Michigan. Something I had read in a meme that had to be vetted before I commented. Yeah I do that. I really didn't know until now what it was I did that was so disturbing to Zuckerberg. And then the other time I made a comment about the Belgians forcing euthanasia on mentally ill patients. I commented "Seig Heil". Yeah the Nazis did that stuff. The term means "Hail Victory". What a caustic thing to say. Well yes I speak fluent sarcasm. But so what? Is there no place for Sarcasm in the "Free Marketplace of Ideas"? It seems not. At least not in the anti-social "social media". Look for the whole of Facebook to be taken over by Cute cat and funny goat videos. Okay I am not that sour a person I love cats and kids. I even like alligators. But Mark Zuckerberg doesn't like me. Oh Well!

Are your rights dependent on what I, as a taxpayer have to say? Really?
I listened to what former Atty General Gonzales had to say on the Geraldo Rivera program and once again was treated to the mindset of those who believe that ones access to their rights depends on what the cost is, monetarily to another citizen. Got that? Yeah I know, what does that mean right? Well the concept is that if the taxpayer in Maryland is going to have to pay for some cost incured by them being held responsible for the health and welfare of a person in California then they get to say what the person in California does. Sort of like a giant crowd of conjoined twins. If one happens to be a tea totaler and his conjoined brother happens to be given to having a drink occasionally? Should the one who drinks be allowed to indulge? Do you see something wrong with the concept? Well the analogy from where I stand is spot on but the concept when it comes to reference to a Nation is terribly flawed. You nor I are ever intended to be the conjoined twins of any other group of persons so that the decision as to whether one person or the other is allowed to enjoy their God Given rights is based on the effect it has on you when the reason for that effect is caused by an unnatural and wrong relationship. Of course another person is not empowered with the right to cause you harm by what they do if what they do is obviously wrong or depraved. But what about if that person over indulges in drink and becomes an alcoholic? What if they never do any harm to you out of intoxication? What if they just get sick and die? Okay you and I will not be able to stand by and let a person who is ill, be ill without some kind of aid from us. But should we be compelled to render such aid by the federal government and because of the cost incurred by that compulsion feel as though we should interfere with that persons right to control of their own life? What if they never become an alcoholic what if they consistently use alcohol responsibly. Then what? Should the fact that some ne'r do well does drink way to excess to the point that he becomes a useless drunk dictate what a responsible person does? How about marijuana? Yes that subject again. How about it?
Atty Gonzales contends that there are cosequences to the long term use of marijuana and because of the cost incured to other citizens by ones long term use of marijuana the plant should remain illegal and the federal government should interject itself into the rights of the states and the citizens and enforce its ban. I won't get into the "scientific" studies on marijuana except to say that yes if one does overuse it it does have ill effects. But the wrong use of aspirin can lead to Reyes syndrome and the wrong use of food can lead to obesity and death. But should aspirin be taken off the shelves and should Mayor Bloomberg get into the business of telling us what we can eat? Mayor of New York,Bloomberg is involved at present in outlawing anything over 16 oz, it is 16 ox isn't it, of sugary drinks. Well I'm a diabetic so whether the "Route 44" size of drink from Sonic is available in Topeka means nothing to me. I can't drink it anyway. I do however drink the BIG sized Diet Dr Pepper. And how long before someone finds a problem with over indulgence in the artificial sweetener in that? Then what? Does the Federal Government get into regulating Diet Dr. Pepper? What if I come home on Friday eve and my wife and dog and I get into the SUV and turn on the tunes and go cruise Topeka sipping on a "Route 44" Vanilla Diet Dr. Pepper? Should the DEA arrest us and prosecute us for drinking artificial sweetener? How about if I come home on Friday and drop a drop or two of hash oil into my Diet Dr. Pepper. No I'm not going driving. But at the rate I would be using it I would not become very intoxicated and there would be no long term effect. I'm not even going to get into the medical use of herbs including marijuana. Because of the lack of investigation of the federal government there is deemed to be no use, whether it has uses or not. The cause for alarm is not there. Not if one isn't becoming over intoxicated and trying to drive or spending their time intoxicated and robbing people. Which can occur even if a person is just plain lazy and wants to be taken care of. And of course the outlawing of anything that can possibly be misused to cause harm is not only insulting to the individual. Does the federal government really have more sense than you? Look at their economic abilities! Really! So, tell me if they outlaw magazines with capacities above 15 rounds in Colorado does that mean that no one can shoot anybody? Huh! So tell me if I want to carry a magazine of 30 rounds and the law says that I can only have a magazine of 15 rounds then what do I do. You've got it I just carry two magazines and swap out. If I want a 32 oz drink of pop and Nanny State says I can't buy one then I just buy two 16 oz drinks. If I want to smoke pot and the feds say no, well I have no feds here now, if I was a pot head I would just light up and not worry about it. A person can, and many do simply grow a plant or two by the back fence or in the hall closet. No I don't have closets and I grow tomatoes and peppers and the like not columbian gold so you can take a "chill pill" Officer Friendly. Just like people Bootleg booze into dry counties and brew moonshine in the woods folks will just extend the middle finger and grow their own.
The government has no right nor should it desire to become involved with the general health of its citizens beyond the encouragement to pursue a healthy life style. In fact when the government feels the need to protect us from our bad lifestyle choices it will also feel the need to control us and outlaw those choices that they deem bad for us. Kinda Like Sharia Law. Or like the alcohol prohibition we already tried and failed at.
When it comes to the idea of the government spending money the image of the Tv program "Border Wars" comes to mind. Those brave border guards and customs agents defending the border from well armed human and drug smugglers. Don't they already have enough to do to protect our borders from heroin and meth and cocaine and other seriously dengerous drugs without having to protect it from some weed? The market for that weed was created when our government decided to make pot illegal. Without going into the reasoning behind the outlawing of pot which I am told had much to do with the fact that it was used by Mexican migrant workers who were looked down upon along with their weed. The fact still remains that if those who had the desire to use pot could grow their own or obtain it from their neighbors it would not be very darn profitable to smuggle it north across our borders. Now would it? No the cartels would not collapse nor would the drug financed gang activity here dry up entirely. They would find another source of income. But the marijuana source would belong to the citizens of the USA legaly and not to the cartels and criminal gangs in the USA. The money spent to interdict the transport of a stupid weed could be used to stop the import of other drugs and humans. Just watch Colorado, if they do outlaw magazines with capacities above 15 rounds they will create a market for 20 and 30 round magazines and if I owned a gun shop in McKraken, Kanorado or Sharon Springs Kansas I would put extra 20 and 30 round mags on the shelves. Just like the counties neighboring the dry counties do a stiff trade in booze the trade in the illegal items for Colorado will increase. Are they going to try to enforce those dopey laws or are those laws going to be another round of do nothing feel good regulations designed to do nothing more than make criminals out of decent citizens?
America you really need to worry about the government that has no qualms about spending enough money to put your children and childrens children into debt, on worthless pursuits while trying to control you to the extent of passing law after law to control every aspect of your life from the number of bullets you have in your rifle to the size of the pop you can buy to whether or not you can smoke a joint or even a damn cigarette. The last government to worry about the diet of its citizens, other than starving them to death, and their smoking habits along with gun possesion was Nazi Germany. No kidding. Think about it. No I'm not kidding think about it! With the idea circulating among our DOJ officials that the cost incurred by the government for taking care of your health might be used to determine how you live your life legally along side of the Affordable care act "Obamacare", think of the possibilities!

Women in Combat
So now the bright minds who have taken it upon themselves to guide our society in the way in which it should go have decided to open the “combat arms” military specialties to women. This will place them directly in combat.
“If you read any ancient history, you know that centuries ago it was commonplace for women to fight side by side with men on the battlefield. This is not the stuff of mythology. It is fact.
Today, in Iraq women are on the front lines again fighting side by side with their male counterparts.
On a mission just south of Baghdad over the winter, a young soldier jumped into the gunner's turret of an armored Humvee and took control of the menacing .50-caliber machine gun. She was 19 years old, weighed barely 100 pounds and had a blond ponytail hanging out from under her Kevlar helmet.
"This is what is different about this war," Lt. Col. Richard Rael, commander of the 515th Corps Support Battalion, said of the scene at the time. "Women are fighting it. Women under my command have confirmed kills. These little wisps of things are stronger than anyone could ever imagine and taking on more than most Americans could ever know." (1)
Well this author is right . In Roman times a Briton Queen an Icenae known as Boudica was raped along with her daughters and saw her husband killed by Roman troops. The Celtic women were all skilled in the use of weapons anyway so it was not much out of character for her to strike back. And she did. Queen Boudica led the Icenae and several other Briton tribes against the Romans and fought the local legion to a standstill almost destroying them. Eventually Roman tactics won out and she was killed with her army. Who can forget those brave ladies in Corregidor who served under fire for so long before having to surrender to the Japanese. Then there were the women of the Soviet Union who fought the Nazis and the brave ladies of the Palmach many not yet old enough to be called women who stood against appalling odds in the Israeli war of independence. All through the Korean and Vietnam wars our women were caught up in combat. Since combat just seems to go and find you if you are in the area.
There are however certain problems that the modern armies have encountered with using women in combat alongside of men and especially quartering them with men.
“Thirty-six crew members of the USS Acadia were pregnant and had to be transferred during the supply ship's deployment to the Persian Gulf, naval officials said.
More than half became pregnant after the ship was underway, but Navy spokesman Lt. Cmdr. Jeff Smallwood said there were no indications of improper fraternization between men and women on the ship.”(2)
As this 1991 article says there was more than close quartering going on here. It is a problem that has always been there when women and men have been mixed into hazardous situations. In fact it is more than that. In a combat type situation privacy will necessarily go out the window. As a young Cavalry Scout I remember being able to take a break and placing my poncho on the ground and my steel helmet up on the side of my Armoured Personnel Carrier and filling it with water. I would strip naked and pull out my extra underclothes and socks and use the warm water in the helmet as an impromptu shower. I didn’t care that there were 7 or 8 other soldiers in the area in full view. Why should I we were all guys. We also shared latrine facilities and slept and did everything in close quarters. Privacy cannot be achieved or expected under such conditions. The fact is that after 4 or 5 days on patrol we would commonly return to the camp and hit the showers. What followed is very intimate. We checked every spot on our brothers bodies that they could not see to remove the ticks that got there. While I am sure that most male troopers would gladly offer to check the female ones somehow I just don’t see that as conducive to order. Sure separate facilities can be supplied and other female troops may be available but in many situations they just don’t exist and cannot be a concern.
I got into a discussion with a gender feminist farmer once and of course she knew a farm wife who could work any man into the ground. They always do. But putting aside the 7’ tall 300lb farmwife who has six teats and four children on the teat. She never sleeps, can toss wet square cane bales all day and cook all night and feed a cutting crew and her 20 member family with one hand tied behind her back. It is just not her that will eventually be called to serve. It will be your little blue eyed Suzie cutie that will be called. Forget that argument about they will never draft. Yes they will and little 5’6” 120 lb Suzie will be training to try to kill 6’3” 210 lb men. She will be required to carry water supply and rations and ammo and weapon and all other gear in her pack that any male trooper will be required to carry. But she may not be ready for it.
“Age may only be a number, especially in youth, but it has a major impact on physical capabilities, as does gender. Men are, generally speaking, stronger than women. In order to provide for all of the Army's needs for skilled personnel, the physical requirements are modified by age and gender, so as not to preclude skilled military personnel by unfair tests. At the same time, both men and women alike are pushed beyond their self-imposed limits while attending Army Basic Training.”(3)
I will never malign a woman’s ability with a weapon or her capability in unarmed combat if properly trained but reality is reality. Sure when we shot Modified Combat matches in the Army we dreaded shooting against the WAC that would occasionally show up at those matches. Women never came out of these things on a whim. They were always skilled and they had biological advantage. Yes they did! Find your favourite woman and lead her to the wall, have her face the wall a few feet from it. Place a chair sidewise against the wall. Have her walk up to the chair until she touches it. Then have her Bend at the waist and put her head against the wall. She needs to reach down now and pick up the chair. Yes she really will do it. Now you big brute, you do it. You probably can’t. She’s made for carrying babies she is built for balance and power in positions that you aren’t. But despite her ability to easily shoot the pants off of most men, like my wife does with me, and her innate ability to excel at Tae Kwon Do and Tai Chi and some other martial arts and her ability to double time till a man drops and some other built in specialties, she is still smaller and lighter. All things being equal a man of 6’ and 200 lbs will use her for a wet mop if he so pleases. The military has known this from the start. This reality has it’s problems.
“Rape in civilian life is already unacceptably common. One in six women is raped or sexually assaulted in her lifetime, according to the National Institute of Justice, a number so high it should be considered an epidemic.
In the military, however, the situation is even worse. Rape is almost twice as frequent as it is among civilians, especially in wartime. Soldiers are taught to regard one another as family, so military rape resembles incest. And most of the soldiers who rape are older and of higher rank than their victims, so are taking advantage of their authority to attack the very people they are supposed to protect.
Department of Defense reports show that nearly 90 percent of rape victims in the Army are junior-ranking women, whose average age is 21, while most of the assailants are non-commissioned officers or junior men, whose average age is 28.
This sexual violence persists in spite of strict laws against rape in the military and a concerted Pentagon effort in 2005 to reform procedures for reporting the crime. Unfortunately, neither the press nor the many teams of psychologists and sociologists who study veterans ever seem to ask why.
The answer appears to lie in a confluence of military culture, the psychology of the assailants and the nature of war“.(4)
When it comes to the dubious talent of killing other people it just helps allot if you have a certain mentality and an extra “Y” chromosome would help too. Soldiers do not take to sensitivity training well. They will sit politely and listen and parrot back what was told to them if necessary but it is in their nature to hunt and hurt and kill. Hopefully this nature is tempered by a code of etiquette and is brought under control to be used only against ones enemies. The man who is highly motivated in this end and is highly skilled in whatever his specialty is and can be directed by his superiors will do well as a military man. Unfortunately it is also connected to the sex drive which is made doubly hard to control when you dangle a tasty snack in front of the wolf. No excuses it should not happen and must not be tolerated but there should be no shock when the situation is rigged so as to encourage such behaviour. Bad, intolerable but reality.
It is and has always been my opinion and many others that the female psyche is best suited to and should be used for the nurture of children. Now this is generally speaking. I realize that today’s woman has been through a concentrated education designed to eradicate so far as possible the mother instinct. Yet we have to admit that we still need it. I also believe that intentionally injecting a woman into the daily stress of combat and exposing her to the blood and gore of that worst of men’s pursuits is debilitating to the female psyche in ways that a man cannot understand. As a believer in God and his design in creation I believe that the woman is and has always been intended to be the bearer of life and man if need be has the duty to hunt and kill and to protect that bringer of life that he so loves. But what if this being that was designed to give birth and bring forth and nurture life is exposed to horror beyond what she is intended to behold?
“we are starting see the effects women fighting on the front lines and studies are indicating that more women are suffering from more debilitating forms of PTSD. According to Paula Schnurr, a lead researcher for a 6 million dollar study on the effects of PTSD in women, “data indicate that female military personnel are far more likely than their male counterparts to have been exposed to some kind of trauma or multiple traumas before joining the military or being deployed in combat. That may include physical assault, sexual abuse or rape.” (5)
Yes the fact is supported by the VA Hospitals that women are more affected by the things that tend to warp men. And I know it is popular for the social engineers to spout off with “Well men can be sodomized too”. The fact is that in modern times yes some male prisoners of war have been sodomized but it is far more common for women to be raped by their captors who tend to be men. Yes we fight men. And no they don’t all go to sensitivity meetings and concentrate on how to be caring and thoughtful toward their female captives. They don’t give a damn. Yes that little pony tailed M2B princess jumped right in there and pushed the thumb lever down on that machine gun and drove off the bad guys. I could train a spider monkey to do that. Heck I trained new troops to do it. But in a fight it’s different. Someday that pony tailed barely 100lb darling that the Col. Spoke off will be alone and advancing on a stairwell looking to gain an advantage to see if she can spot her unit so as to rejoin them if possible. She comes around a corner and meets Mustafa a 6’ 195 lb Taliban tribesman who grabs her by the shirt and takes the M4 out of her hands and throws it aside. She is barely 100 lbs right well Mustafa’s lunch weighs more than that. Poor little gal gets stomped and raped and thrown off of the rooftop. Then I and a bunch of old veterans have to go and burry her because she just plain was not suited to the job. It happens and when it does we have to bury the evidence. The big media doesn’t tell you.
Sure Women can do all sorts of things but just because they can why in God’ name should they? The mission of the Military is to break things and kill people not to achieve new social restructuring no matter how progressive it seems.

Just a thought before I go.
I was watching The Song of Bernadette recently. They used a phrase that I thought was very interesting. To those who believe no explanation is necessary and for those who do not believe no explanation will do. It is a neat phrase but it seems to refer to faith and completely excludes critical thought and logic from faith. What it seems to do, in my estimation is to divide the argument into those who blindly accept and those who absolutely reject the validity of a point outright without evidence to support their stand. I reject any such mode of thought. I accept the rule of The Church without argument, based on the fact that her rule stems from the personal teachings of My Master given to the apostles and kept by her and based also on her 2000+ years of eperience giving wisdom far in excess of mine. I however hold no such position on anything else. All things other than the magesterium of Holy Church are up for debate. In fact I believe that my views can be supported by critical thought based on the certain evidence. Not merely philosophy.
All to often today the idea of critical thought is tossed out of the window and actions and philosophies are based entirely on feelings or on ones personal thought no matter how lacking in merit. We started this, to the extent it has risen to, in the seventies.
People have always been prone to base their choices on emotion or "feeling over substance". One only has to look at the division in the Christian church to see the rise of the idea that an individual has greater wisdom than a Church founded by God that has been around for millenia. But in the past speaking against the insanity of "feeling over substance" was allowed. People used to be looked down upon for being ruled by emotion and not by logic. Today we reward errant illogical and biased thought, so long as it is biased the right way. We are so concerned about peoples feelings that we will not offend the poor dears by stating flatly that they are behaving like idiots. Furthermore we call them progressive and reward them. There is a use for people of this sort. In a Democracy a demaogogue will easily prey on the weak minded by a passionate plea to their base desires or at least to their emotions and steer them into voting for a certain policy based entirely on the emtional content of the issue. Whole world views and life choices of great consequence are decided on mere gut reactions. This fact is why we were given a Republic in the begining, with a constitution that set the rules of how the Republic was to be run and how the power was to be divided. Most of all to limit the power of the government so that the people always had enough purchase on the political power of the nation to limit the abusive nature of the government without using force of arms.

Don't step on the grass Sam.
Yeah that's the thing I'm thinking about right now. For those of you who are familiar with Steppenwolf, I mean the band not the book, and their song 'Don't step on the grass Sam" this is where I am headed.
I don't know whether to sing the praises of Cannabis or to simply acquiesce to the fact that it just won't go away. I guess I'll do both. You know another state legalized it. I think it won't be long before the whole of the United states will be turning toward Wash. D.C. with their thumbs to their noses and pipes in their collective fists. The only entity that will keep it illegal will be the Federal Government.
Won't that be interesting? The 50 states saying yes and the federal government trying to say no. Can you imagine another Obamaesqe character in the white house pissing and moaning about Arizona wanting to enforce federal and state law about illegal immigration but accepting their thumbing their noses at Cannabis law?
Where this will all go I am not sure but I am sure that so long as it sticks with cannabis there's no real problem. What?, you say, are you crazy endorsing the use of cannabis? No really I'm not. Before I straightened out and became a Catholic and started to something very like abiding by the law, I used to get stoned. Of course I did. I've been a biker of sorts for a long time. And one thing you can count on Scooter trash to do is exactly what they please. So I smoked and sold and grew. Yes officer that was over 7 years ago. More like 20 something. But the point is that if you grow up with a certain behaviour you either see the danger in it or see it as harmless. Or both. I personally see Cannabis as pretty harmless. It is no corrupter of youth beyond what the other dangers that beckon to the youth of this country are. And for heavens sake drop that line about it being a gateway drug. Gateway where? If a teen picks up a beer and drinks beer off and on for a while before he lights up a joint then the gateway drug was beer. But if he smokes cigarettes first then the gateway drug was cigarettes but if he is like the guys I did my last half year with in high school and has a ring in his back pocket from a snuff can. Well the gateway drug was Copenhagen or Skoal or Grizzly. You can blame all sorts of things on all sorts of things but if the person is going to take harder drugs then they will do it with or without Pot. I was into much more potent stuff a year before I smoked my first joint. When I had quit the other stuff and straightened out a bit I still smoked a bit. I quit that out of necessity. The people who were the type that I got in trouble with were the ones who sold or knew where to get pot. I had a promise to not get into trouble to keep so I had to switch playthings and playmates.
But think about it. If you have never smoked pot what do you think it does to people? Are you one of those who believes in the "Marijuana Madness" image of pot smokers? Do you really think that a person can be a real nice guy one minute and light up a joint and become a pot smoking sex fiend the next? No it doesn't do that. If you are a nice person before you light up you are a nice person after. It's sort of like having a few drinks. Except the police will tell you that except in extreme cases they would rather deal with a pot smoker than a drunk. It's been my experience that a pot smoker is much less likely to get violent than a drunk. That is if they are not violent to begin with. Marijuana use in the normal range just doesn't cause anybody to do something they aren't going to do in the first place. Sure the weed does lower inhibitions but like I said it isn't going to cause a Catholic Virgin to strip naked and "do it" if they don't seriously want to "do it" already. In fact what one can expect is a euphoria of sorts maybe a a bit of giggling if they smoke enough they will become uncoordinated and maybe confused. But you have to be pretty stoned or smoking some serious chronic weed for that. And no matter how much you use you will not overdose. I have been about as high on weed as you can get in the past and took a whole 12+ hours to come down and still did not overdose. A pot high usually lasts an hour to three hours unless you keep smoking. I got a terrible case of dry mouth but my life was never in danger. No one else was ever in danger either. And I never got addicted. In those days I could smoke. If I did that now I would have to have my albuterol inhaler handy.
Of course no one with any sense of responsibility would advocate that children of any age should use it unless advised by a physician. But it is safer even in the long term than Alcohol and diabetics can use it if they can get by the munchies, the propensity of pot to make you eat anything you can get your paws on. I remember a green variety the sellers said was from Mexico that we could get in the early 70's. It would make you feel very good, happy and contented and chatty and giggly and then as soon as we could find our way out of those bean bag chairs, bar the door Nellie. We were a holy terror for Moon Pies and Cherry Smashes and Dr Pepper. Point is that we smoked quite a bit of pot and had allot of fun and did no one any harm and never once endangered our lives because of the pot. We did stupid stuff but hey, we were crazy. We were gonna act dopey with or without the pot.
I like to watch that border wars series. I think the American people need to understand what kind of folks are causing the mayhem in that border war and what they are capable of. Used to be that we would saddle up and ride down to Ciudad Juarez and go partying. Sure it could be tricky then but if you didn't step out of line too bad there was just about nothing you could do that $50.00 couldn't buy you out of. The locals usually didn't cause you any mayhem because you were their source of income. A dollar would keep them running for a couple of days and running well. They could eat high on the hog literally for five bucks a day. But now if you go down there you run the very real risk of getting caught up in a Sinaloa / Zeta firefight. I've even heard of American women getting kidnapped and sold off down there. A large part of the money that funds these crazies who line the road to Monterrey with heads and decapitated corpses is from pot. Of course billions is consumed by our DEA and Border Patrol in stopping Pot, a stupid plant, from crossing the border. Even the local sheriffs and the forest rangers have a dickens of a time trying to stop the growing of pot. in the meantime there are Meth labs and crack labs going great guns using dangerous chemicals needing to be busted and they can barely get to them.If they didn't have the pot to contend with I think they could be freed up for the more dangerous stuff.
Did you know that pot is classed on a level with LSD? Since when did pot get dangerous enough to be placed on level with LSD oh yeah and Heroin? You have got to be kidding me you say. No I'm not. Sure there are anti-pot zealots out there that will announce their ignorance to the world and proclaim that pot is as dangerous as Heroin and as mind bending as LSD. I tell you that based on personal experience, no it is not even almost dangerous. But the Law will beat themselves silly trying to eradicate it. They will also proclaim the dangers of smoking pot and nearly wet themselves to haul in a hundred pounds from the smugglers. It looks like quite a bit on Tv but while they are busting the hundred pounds a half a ton is crossing elsewhere and is north bound. Then there is the home gardener who will install a set of grow lights and keep a few plants in the basement or the garage. Not the folks who rent a whole house for the purpose of growing a thousand plants but the old hippie who keeps a couple of plants in self defense. He never buys or smokes it in public but he nevertheless has at any one time a pound of prime bud. You cannot stop him unless you plan on ignoring the constitution and start searching the whole neighborhood one house at a time. The fact is America despite that silly war on plants you are surrounded by weed. Someone down the block is growing a plant or two. You can't stop it.
But why would you want to stop it? Okay smoking anything except BBQ is not good for your health. That is sure. But the use of cannabis is not dependent on smoking. There is a method called vaporizing. The pot is heated to just below the smoking temperature and it vaporizes. No kidding. there is also the tincture. You put a bunch of chopped buds into alcohol and let soak covered. Then strain and the alcohol has the active ingredients in it. You can either let it stay in the alcohol or add oil and let stand uncovered. The alcohol will evaporate off and viola Hash oil. Or you can use hash or hash oil or tincture in cooking. What's hash? Well it's like distilled pot. The part of the pot that intoxicates is a set of cannabanoids contained in resinous hairs called trichomes on the buds of the plant. If you cut the buds off and let them dry for a while then there are several methods that you can use to break those little nearly microscopic trichomes off. They will stick to each other and if you press them together into a shape you will get the traditional brick like appearance of Hashish. The hashish or hash can be smoked or eaten. Fat likes it. You can put it into margarine or butter when you are baking and make some powerful brownies or candy or whatever.
These alternative methods are popular amongst the modern medical users of cannabis. And if you are thinking that the idea of pot as a medicine is just a pile of "bovine scat", think again. Victorian doctors in the famously restrained country of Britain tested and saw that it did have valid medical uses. Queen Victoria used it to relieve female cramps and to help with her depression after the King died. I'll guarantee that you never found a woman much more devoted to Christianity than Queen Victoria in the Protestant churches. The British army in India picked up smoking ganja (pot) from the Sepoy troops and found it to be very good for treating the nausea that came along with certain camp diseases and they found that it caused very few problems with morale. In fact today medical marijuana is used to treat the tremors of palsies and ease back pain, relieve pressure in the eyes of a glaucoma patient, help with depression and a list of other things. The plant has quite a few active compounds in it. The THC or tetrahydracanabinol and some thing called CBD or canabidiol and other active components found in different levels in different strains of the two types of cannabis used for medicinal purposes have very different effects depending on the levels of the different components in the pot. It's been used for relieving maladies from anxiety attacks to alleviating the nausea and restoring the appetite of cancer patients. Meth and crack and LSD and heroin and the other drugs in that schedule do not do that and they kill. Pot doesn't. Pot seed is used in many uses from bio fuels to beer. Yeah I've seen it, I drank some in Canada.
Besides the cannabis sativa and the cannabis indica, the intoxicating strains, there is cannabis ruderalis. One of its strains is Hemp. Any old sailor knows what hemp is. The Bosun's locker of the older ships were filled with it since some of the best rope or line to a sailor was made of hemp. It is one of the strongest fibers we can grow. It can be used for rope or for shirts and pants or for whatever your mind can dream up where a vegetable fibre is needed. And of course it can be used for bio fuel. We used to grow it. The War Dept. experimented with it in WWII because of the Japanese invasion of the major latex producing nations of the world. They found it had all sorts of promise then they banned it. Along the way they banned the sativas and the indicas. Now they are working on Poppies who knows what is next? Let's just legalize it then we don't have to fight a non-enemy and waste our resources on a quixotic task of trying to eliminate a very useful plant.

Farewell to white stigma.
I'm sitting here thinking do I dare or do I not. I still have enough brainwashing to hold back saying what I feel I need to say. My whole race has been pressured to stay silent for so long that have lived this whole 57 years a virtual mute along with every right leaning white male in America. Why. Because we have been taught not to speak up to keep our mouths shut about what we see or else bear the stigma of being called a racist.
We have watched the movies and the news reports declaring what horrible crimes we have perpetrated on women and everyone who is not pure European heritage.
From the theft of the Americas from their aboriginal inhabitants to the enslavement of millions of Africans into servitude in the new world to the exploitation of orientals in the menial tasks associated with the building of this nation that I love. Along with the shoving aside of immigrants from every prosperous undertaking available here. Well I will not take the time to debate it though if I did I would destroy the whole premise of the oppressive European.
I just have to say that the purpose of those who have raised their fists into the sky and shout their anti white propaganda is obvious. The have pushed their propaganda of suspicion and hate into the minds of Americans to the point that their dealings with each other have been permeated with a distrust so thick that at many times I have felt the need to appease and assuage and calm and comfort and kneel before and kotow to any and all members of another race or the opposite sex to keep from being called a RACIST. Well the anger in me for having to live 57 years as a suspected racist /sexist just because I am a European American Male is done with. I've had it with all of you Gender feminist dyke wannabes and you poor put upon blacks and Hispanics and orientals and Indians and everybody who is not of European descent. Too bad if you feel an offense every time you deal with a white man I can't and I will not help you any more I will no longer bow to you and put my lips to your posterior. I can't abide your United Negro Colleges and your Black Entertainment TV. I hope your National Association for the Advancement of Coloured People, and Jesse Jackson's "Monochrome" coalition blows up and burns to ashes. I'm tired. If you who are not white males cannot accept us as is then Bugger Off. You stand in front of us with your hats on upside down and backwards and your pants down to your knees jabbering in some verbal slop impossible even for your mind to understand behaving like some sort of a demented clown constantly grabbing with one hand at your genetals and you want us to show you the respect reserved for an individual of high intelligence and a high level of accomplishment. In fact I am supposed to not only allow you to sit in the empty seat available in the bus of life but now I have to give you my seat even when you didn't earn it just because you are a different colour than me? No! No! I will not any more. I will tell you this once and only once. My family never owned you or your sister nor any of your family as slaves. We owe you nothing so don't come looking. It is your behaviour not my prejudice which has caused me to watch you out of the corner of my eye when you are around. My experience tells me to do so, not some obscure tale about slavery. What I have seen and what has been done to me tells me not to trust people no matter the colour that are dressed and act a certain way. And if you dress and act like thugs I will treat you like thugs. Let me tell you a story.
I was following Hwy 17 south in the spring of '06 headed to South Carolina. Somewhere in Winston Salem I lost the highway and landed in the dark side of town. Well I stopped and whipped out my map and began to plot a course out of there. I noticed that quite a few of the hoods denizens had taken an interest in me but weren't quite sure what they had parked there. I was sitting on an 80 cu in vtwin piled with gear wearing a three piece patch. Obviously they had had experience with biker clubs because all I had to do was undo my vest and smile and they kept their distance. Not wanting to call the never ending wrath of what might be an outlaw club down on their hood. I got done with what I needed to do and moved on without incident. Their life experience told them to be wary of bikers wearing patches. My life experiences (not the KKK) tells me to be wary of certain folks.
too.
But from now on I really don't care what anyone thinks I was born White I am White and I will from this day on be proud of being White. Anyone who can't abide by a white person being happy to be white, Bugger Off. I have put up with all of the "Black power", and La raza, and ADL and NAACP and SPLC and Black liberation and Aztlan liberation and AIM and every other anti white organization there is. I bear you no ill will if you are not like me but don't be surprised if I suddenly shout White Pride World Wide. Why shouldn't I seek the survival of my people and a future for our children. The actions of those who think their race makes them entitled have forced me to it with their policies of exclusion. And don't tell me I'm the only one who feels this way. I'm just one of the few who has the guts to write it.

The big shocker right now on the movie scene is D'nesh Dsouza's 2016 Obama's America.Making at last call three times the money it was supposed to be making and at the Hollywood 14 theatre where Dolly and I went to see it they had to move it over from the small theatre to a bigger one because of over flowing attendance. As A documentary I expected to walk into something akin to the Clinton Chronicles. A hazy accusation of everything from murder to drug running based on foggy associations and unsubstantiated accusations from characters I wouldn't have believed if they told me that the sky was blue yesterday. It was nothing like that. D'nesh a university president and easily one of the most intelligent men in America today, takes you though an exploration of the difference between a dark man from Indian stock and a dark man from Kenyan stock and how they can wind up on different ends of the political spectrum. Especially how Obama can behave in such a manner as to baffle most of America and defy every label we try to hang on him unless we know his philosophical secret.
Most of us Obama watchers have been shaking our heads till we've become dizzy over what this fellow Barak Obama Aka Barry Soetoro. Maybe son of Barak who has many other maybe sons all over Africa and step son of Lolo Soetoro. Maybe Barak is Kenyan maybe he is Indonesian and he might be just what he says he is, Hawaiian. He was reported to have started off as Islamic and certainly acts like it at the drop of a hat, but he says he is Christian. A label he can hide behind ever since the heresiarchs took over and splintered Christendom into clumps of religion that carry such different beliefs that many are mutually exclusive and have caused Protestants to accept such seriously bizarre variants so as to not be able to judge and decide what is and what is not christian. He has been hiding behind Black Liberation Theology with his pastor Rev. Wright, who is maybe kooky but still only a serious believer in this Marxist anti-colonial extract of neo-christian philosophy. A virus of the philosophical world that has been breeding and populating the Black community labeled as Christian and basically hiding in plain sight. Most White folks have no idea what this is and so when we observe a convert behaving pretty much in perfect concert with its tenets we are baffled. We come up with all sorts of explanations for his behaviour. This is the basis of the movie Dsouza explains Obama's otherwise bizarre behaviour as nothing short of a very dangerous strain of this religiophilosophical virus that breeds hatred of the western nations and the strangest urge to blow apart the economy of the U.S. and Europe and form the worlds victim colonized nations together and somehow raise them from their malaise by the destruction of the colonial nations. I know we the U.S. have never been a real colonial nation in that we have historically, even with our conquered enemies, stayed in control just long enough to see the nation we occupy rise up strong enough to take it's place among the developed nations, strong, economically vital and free. But to the liberationists we are some kind of evil facilitator of the old colonialism that we broke free of.
This somewhat abbreviated explanation is exactly what is offered by Mr. Dsouza for Barak's obviously anti-American and pro-Arab, pro-south American pro anybody but us behaviour. This is why he sent the bust of Winston Churchill the man who broke the back of the Mau Mau's in Kenya back to England with an Ipod of his speeches as though Queen Elizabeth would find any wisdom there that she needed. A move that has baffled many. This would also explain his bowing to the king of Arabia and his mistaken open mic conversation about telling Putin that in this next term he would have more flexibility since he would not be able to be reelected. Suddenly the whole refusal to allow drilling to expand in the Gulf under European or American flags but sending our tax dollars to fund Brazoil makes sense. The whole comparison of how Obama could be raised and mentored by his Mother and Frank Marshall Davis both Communists from Kansas and behave as an anti colonialist Marxist while Dsouza could come to America from India and wind up as a Conservative Commentator and university President now makes sense.
I advise this movie as time better spent than time spent watching Batman reconstituted. At least for those who wish to see their country survive the clutches of this Marxist liberationist. For the rest of y'all. Well People who know don't understand what they are voting for shouldn't vote.

Court reporters and DAR.
The following is a letter provided to the Topeka Bar Assn. newsletter about the advantages of court reporters over DAR. Read it.
The Court Reporter-Guardian Of The Record
There has been much discussion in the Third Judicial District about using Digital Audio Recording (DAR) for various types of hearings. One of our misdemeanor criminal courts is already experimenting with the use of DAR technology. As an official court reporter I have seen several very important reasons why DAR should not be used in criminal proceedings.
First let me explain to you exactly what a court reporter is and what they do. A court reporter is simply a silent, impartial witness who records what is said in court, who then safeguards that record and when requested provides an accurate printed account of that record within a specific amount of time. Some can provide a real-time record that is displayed immediately on monitors in the courtroom. I provided This service during the Koch family trial here in Topeka Federal Court. You may have also seen real-time during the O.J. Simpson murder trial on TV.
A prospective court reporter, after training must pass examinations to certify their accuracy, speed, spelling, grammar and punctuation. After certification they are allowed to affix their seal to a transcript certifying that the transcript was prepared by a Certified Court Reporter thus assuring the accuracy of that document. The court reporter is able to certify the accuracy because they saw and heard what was transpiring in the courtroom. When the speaker spoke too fast or was inaudible the court reporter was able to intervene and slow them down or ask them to speak louder so that their statement will be heard and properly recorded. Law requires the court reporter to guard that record and provide a transcript in a timely manner when requested. Any attorney that cannot obtain an accurate transcript from a reporter in a reasonable amount of time has legal recourse from the State Supreme Court who will issue a “show cause“ to the court reporter in question in order to ascertain the cause of the delay. Likewise the court reporter faces disciplinary and legal action if a transcript is not provided.
The DAR records audio and only audio it cannot differentiate between words. It cannot use visual input or prior knowledge of the case at hand to add to its understanding of what is being said. It will record unintelligible sounds and any background noise that masks testimony. When a DAR is supplied to a transcriptionist to be transcribed many times a complete and accurate transcript cannot be made. Even the skilled firm that the court uses returns transcripts with “inaudible” in many important places. Unlike the record taken by a Certified Court Reporter no one is responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the DAR. If the transcript of a DAR is not useable for an attorney they have no legal recourse. In several instances already there simply was no DAR taken. Either the judge forgot to turn it on or it simply was lost. If I were an attorney I would be upset if a key portion of the proceedings in a criminal case was “inaudible” or “unintelligible” or simply nonexistent because someone didn’t turn on the recorder or lost the record. Especially since there is no legal recourse.
As a student court reporter I was taught to be “seen and not heard”, probably the reason I haven’t spoken before. The thing is that if you see me in the courtroom you know an accurate record is being taken it will be protected and a transcript will be available. If you don’t see a court reporter, who knows?
If the record is important to you request a court reporter or you don’t know what you will get.
On the administrative level the Certified Court Reporter is seen as an unnecessary expense. The DAR is attractive as an inexpensive replacement.
What price, Justice?

Be careful of the stones that you throw.
I was talking with an old friend of mine and a friend of Dolly's. Dolly and I were talking about some of the bike runs I've been on and somehow the subject got around to how Dolly's friend (call her Pat) was at a party and she smelled something burning and lo and behold it turned out to be someone smoking a little weed. she was shocked to find someone doing that at a party that her friends would be at and actually had to be dragged home by her husband because she wanted to turn them in.
Well those of you who now me or have been to biker runs and parties know that there is no way that I am any stranger to Marihuana. I've been in and out of close contact with it since I was 12. No I'm not going to debate the benefits or dangers of smoking weed except to say that I've been around speed freaks and coke heads and different types of hypes. I've also been around drunks. The fact is that Hypes will sell their own mother for another fix and I've seen a speed freak shoot up ice water for the rush Ive also dealt with paranoid cokeheads and a nut case spaced out on angel dust. I don't like dealing with drunks either but I will say that I've never seen a pot head that didn't have problems to begin with that acted out violently on Pot. Say what you will, in the end it is ten times easier to deal with the mildly intoxicated pot head than a mildly intoxicated speed freak or hype or cokehead. It's just that way.
Besides the pot head and the rest are likely to be frome a different sort of group. There are so many otherwise socialy acceptable even conservative type individuals who toke a little weed in the evening. You generaly don't find that among the rest. I won't debate right or wrong because whether you believe it to be right or wrong depends so much on your belief system that it borders on freedom of religion. The fact is that many, many people who are fine upstanding members of society toking.
I knew a fellow, sorry no name, who lived on a farm had a civil servant job and did his job well. He went to church, Protestant if that's important to you. He was pro-life and didn't drink, diabetic, and he liked to hunt. A veteran with a good service record and medals from Vietnam. He didn't even wear an earring. No way you would know that he smoked pot. If you didn't know him you would never suspect. But he kept a few plants just in self defense. He never bought any never sold any he just kept his own supply But he grew outside and he grew Sativa dominant plants. So it ook most of the year to bring his small crop to finish and the plants were tallish. Not very noticable where he kept them. Many of us would say okay let him alone if he isn't driving stoned or selling or buying and supporting the dope industry. But there are those who, like Pat, can't stand to have someone doing something they themselves don't want to do even if it is not immoral so to speak. And one of those found out about my friend. So they went and told about the terrible weed freak down the lane.
The cops did a fly over and hovered right over the spot where he had his handful of Cannabis Sativa and photographed it. They got a warrant and searched his house found guns there, well we all know that a 270 win bolt action with a 20 power Lupold is a favorite weapon among dope gangs and of copurse they found a handgun or two, what a shocker finding guns in Kansas on a damn farm. They also found a few thousand dollars. Not the boxes of bills they show you on the Tv just a few thou. And what a shocker they also found Cannabis Ruderalis on his farm. For those of you who are not familiar that is just ol ditchweed, the sort that gives you a headache and no buzz if you smoke it. No he wasn't using it to mix in with his good stuff. It was just there. Of course his wife knew about his personal weed so she was arrested too.
When the prosecuting attorney came in to the courtroom ans showed the evidence there was a big pile of every Cannabis ruderalis plant they could find on his farm and they were still wet so were the Cannabis Sativa, the real stuff. So the weights were outrageous. Then there were the guns oh my the guns how horrible. You know it's stupid to make a fuss about someone who smokes owning guns but saying nothing about a drinker. Did I mention he was diabetic yeah, I did, for those of you who don't know about it diabetes prevents you from being able to use the sugars that are commonly present in the blood, glucose, so if you drink alcohol the alcohol converts into blood sugar, glucose and you wind up with a terribly high blood/glucose count. You can kill yourself drinking with diabetes. So he chose to smoke. And of course if you smoke somehow it automaticaly follows that you are somehow less capable of keeping a firearm around without using it in a felony. I don't quite understand it but. I think it comes out of that burmuda triangle that the gun barrel laws come from, you know, you can be charged with a felony for having a shotgun with less than 18" barrel yet a M4 carbine is made with a 16" barrel and is smaller, with the stock collapsed that most sawed off shotguns. And I can't have a switchblade knife of any legnth yet I own an assited opening knife with a nice blade that opens faster with a nudge than any switchblade. But I digress, the fact is that if you own a.444 marlin lever action rifle and a 336c 30/30 marlin rifle and a 30" barreled winchester goose gun and you happen to have an ounce of weed they will assume that somehow those weapons were used in the commission of a felony no matter that they are never found in the weapons caches of drug dealers. And if you have any money in the house and you have this same ounce of pot, it is assumed that your money, even if you have a job, was made selling pot. Now it doesn't matter whether you ever actually used the guns in the act of selling pot or if you ever even sold pot at all to make that cash you had. You relaly don't have to break that law to be found guilty of it. I'm serious if you have enough pot you will be charged and of course probably found guilty of "Posession with intent to sell". And it ain't like it used to be back in the day. We used to be able to keep a couple of ounces in allot of the states. Texas and Florida were kinda strict but where I lived it wasn't considered for sale unless you had more than an ounce.
Well my friend found himself suddenly in posession of a number of pounds of pot. His farm and his money including his 401k and his freedom and his wifes freedom were going to be forfiet for a very long time. Why? Because someone couldn't live with the knowledge that someone down the road might come home and have a couple of Jack and cokes. No it was the fact that someone who couldn't drink Jack and coke came home and smoked a little weed that he grew and never sold.
The outcome? My friend couln't stand that his wife was going to prison and so he killed himself. The farm and the equipment and the cars and the money and all accounts are all forfiet. The wife I believe is out of the pen by now probably working a waitress level job.
The little snitch didn't bring any higher level of safety to the community since there was never any problem with my friend. The snitch didn't bring Our Lord or his salvation into their lives. She didn't enrich their lives or save their lives. She ruined their lives and caused the death of a man who went through the worst of the battle for Hue and caused him to commit suicide depriving us of the presence of a very nice jovial fellow depriving his wife of a husband and taking him away from his family.
So be careful of the stones that you throw. Even the small ones can cause a catastrophy. Like my Mom used to say "If you don't have anything good to say shut up!"

The other 9/11 and the Cordoba Mosque
The other 9/11 and the Cordoba Mosque
So let’s talk about the other 9/11 in history and the relationship between that day and the proposed Mosque at “Ground Zero”. The choice of the day when the Moslem terrorists flew airplanes into the World Trade Towers and the Pentagon goes way beyond the fact that 911 is the phone number many of us call for emergency help. I believe it is actually connected to the second siege of Vienna that ended on September 11, 1683.
Having attacked Vienna and having failed in 1529 the Moslems decided to venture another campaign on Christendom. The Grand Vizier, Pasha Kara Mustafa called together an army of Turks and Tartar and Malaysian allies and began his march in from the east towards Vienna, Austria. King Leopold and most of the population of Vienna and the surrounding area fled to the west leaving 11,000 soldiers and 5,000 volunteers. The garrison at the city of Vienna burned all the surrounding area and withdrew all foodstuffs and anything useful into Vienna leaving no shelter or cover or supplies for the enemy.
Having 140,000 troops Mustafa was well enough equipped for the battle. He elected to put Vienna under siege. The Ottomans began the battery of the walls but the guns they brought were not able to breech the walls of Vienna. They began to tunnel and to place charges of gunpowder under the walls. The defenders were able to rally and repair every breech that was made by the Ottoman mining. But eventually Vienna would fall if it was not reinforced.
Poland and Austria were joined in a mutual defense treaty and the King of Poland, Jan Sobieski was ready to respond to Pope Innocent’s requests for relief of Vienna. However the law of Poland required that a commision had to approve of the action. The king of France was bribing the commision to keep Poland out of the action for his own interests. The Pope was able to overcome this and the King of Poland rode out. So on the evening of September 11, 1683 King Sobieski along with some Germans and Austrians arrived with an army of 40,000 and took up positions on a hill outside of Vienna. In the early morning of Sept 12, 1683 they attacked the Moslems. King Jan Sobieski at the head of his famous Winged Hussars, yes they actually wore wings on their backs, struck against the Ottomans and pulled their forces away from the walls of the city which allowed the Viennese to sally forth and attack on the flanks of the Ottomans. In 3 hours the Turks fled leaving everything including slaves behind.
The forces of Christendom drove the Ottomans east and south out of Europe and back to Turkey.
I believe that the choice of September 11 for the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon is more connected to this resounding defeat of the forces of Islam which led to their expulsion from Europe than a play on the nationwide emergency phone number. Being the type of people Americans are they immediately assumed that the choice of date had something to do with the emergency phone no.. Unlike the Moslem who does so many things that have significant symbolism in his religious life.
Their last attack on Christendom ended in a rout on 9/12, 1683. So I believe that they intended to announce another crusade of Islam and began it on 9/11, 2001 on the same date that the last one ended. Fortunately we have seen nothing of another full scale crusade. But the crusade in other forms is on again.
Now with the destruction of the World Trade Center there is an effort to erect a Mosque there at “Ground Zero”. I believe that there is also a great deal of symbolism behind placing a mosque at that location and in calling it Cordoba House.
The plan is backed by an organization called The Cordoba Initiative. An organization founded by a group including Imam Feisel Abdul Rauf, the man in the forefront of the effort to build the mosque.
So am I seeing a connection between this and some obscure ancient history? Yes I am. And the history should not be so obscure for anyone calling themselves Christian.
The Crusade to Islamize Christendom began somewhere around 695 A.D. when the Islamic Moors moved west and east to attack the Middle East, Byzantium and North Africa. Many Americans need to have their historical mind jarred back to life so here we go. The Middle East and North Africa were at one time Christian, Jew and Pagan. There were kingdoms claiming faith in one of those beliefs spread across the area. If you will remember the name of St Augustine the famous bishop of Hippo. Well Hippo was in North Africa. The great city of Istanbul in Turkey was Constantinople and the great mosque there was St Sophia’s Cathedral. At the time of the Islamic crusade all of the major Christian sites in the Middle East such as the Church at the Holy Sepulcher and the Church at the Mount of Olives were all in Christian hands. Then came Islam. By 711 A.D. the Moors were at the pillars of Hercules (Gibraltar).
The Moors swept into the Iberian peninsula and took over the Catholic Kingdoms of what is now Spain. One section of that peninsula was called Andalusia and there was the town of Cordoba. In 600 A.D. the Visigoths had built a Cathedral in Cordoba and during the Islamic occupation the property was sold to the Moslems for 100,000 dinars. Late in 785 A.D. Abd Al Rahman I the Emir of the new Umayyad Caliphate began to rebuild the building into a Mosque. In 1236 after a long bloody struggle the Christian Kings finally reached far enough south to free the town of Cordoba the Headquarters of the Islamic occupation of Iberia. The Cathedral was restored to Christian service and by the time of the reign of King Ferdinand and Isabella the country of Spain had been formed and the Moors had been vanquished.
Once again I would like to point out the similarities between the Cordoba house that is being proposed to be built on Ground Zero and the Cordoba Mosque that was bought in Spain. While the building of a Mosque is being proposed the Port Authority has cut off communications with the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese about rebuilding St Nicholas’ Greek Orthodox church which actually was there before 9/11 and was destroyed in the attack. The money for the Mosque and the murderers of 9/11/01 both come from Saudi Arabia. To the secular mind the idea of drawing a correlation between the rout of the Ottomans on 9/11/ 1683 and the attack on 9/11/2001 may seem strange. Doing the same with the takeover of the Cathedral of Cordoba the seat of the Umayyad Caliphate in Spain and the building of the Cordoba House on Ground Zero may seem odd too. But to the mind of a devout Moslem the whole thing is akin to a miracle proving the support of Allah for the Jihad begun on 9/11/01. I believe that allowing the Cordoba House to continue to completion while denying the rebuilding of the Greek Orthodox Church is a form of surrender. It is seen as a great weakness to be exploited by our enemies.
The building of this Mosque so close to the site of the 9/11/01 attack may be a fate accompli but while our weak leaders capitulate to the demands of this radical Imam and his Cordoba Initiative supporters let us raise our voices in opposition. In this way those who would see our leaders allowing the building of this mosque as a victory for Islamofascism will also understand that we the people stand strong and it is only our leaders that are weak.
Call or write your representatives. Maybe send this to them. Do something easy now before we have to do something hard.

Welcome Home 2/130 FA
My old friend Sam Lecuyer is the supply MSgt. for 2/130 FA. He and I did a bunch of Cavalry Scouting together. We were utilized in teams of four vehicles with two sergeants and two corporals and four pvt. to spc4 crewmen. to drive and as gunners. Sammy and I were together on one of those teams as the sergeants for a couple of years. So isn't it something that after being apart and him being God knows where for 20+ years. All of a sudden out of nowhere I get the email to go send off MSgt. Lecuyer to Egypt and when I get to his house sure enough, it's Sammy. Boy is he surprised to see me? Then a year later I'm there to welcome him home and I'm the first one to shake his hand when he comes down the sidewalk. You never can tell, can you?

Here we go!
Of course I’ve been expecting this. Like I always say no matter what you do to business there will be some kind of effect on the economy and the people. This drilling ban was enacted by the Obama regime in response to the Deepwater Horizon incident and was declared unlawful by the court but we all know that the law doesn’t matter to this regime. They are already queing up for another ban. The people who own the rigs know it. They are not going to let a drilling rig set without making any money they will move it to where it can make money. When government makes it impossible for a company to make money within their borders the company will go elsewhere.
There are up to 1400 jobs going to Egypt with this rig. Even the pro Obama Huffington post predicts that around 75,000 jobs are at risk. I’ll bet that figure is way low. Who cares about jobs right? Just so long as the radical left is happy.

First rig sails away over drilling ban
Lawmakers and experts fear loss is only the start of offshore exodus

WASHINGTON — Diamond Offshore announced Friday that its Ocean Endeavor drilling rig will leave the Gulf of Mexico and move to Egyptian waters immediately — making it the first to abandon the United States in the wake of the BP oil spill and a ban on deep-water drilling.
And the Ocean Endeavor's exodus probably won't be the last, according to oil industry officials and Gulf Coast leaders who warn that other companies eager to find work for the now-idled rigs are considering moving them outside the U.S.
Devon Energy Corp. had been leasing the Endeavor to drill in the same region of the Gulf as BP's leaking Macondo well, which has been gushing crude since a lethal blowout April 20.
But Diamond announced Friday it will lease the rig through June 30, 2011, to Cairo-based Burullus Gas Co., which plans to send the Endeavor to Egyptian waters immediately.
Devon is one of three companies that has cited the deep-water drilling ban in trying to ease out of contracts to lease Diamond rigs. Diamond, a drilling company, said it expects to make about $100 million from the deal, including a $31 million early termination fee it recovered from Devon.
Larry Dickerson, CEO of Houston-based Diamond, signaled that other of his company's rigs could be relocated, too…

Terrorists at our back door
SEE I TOLD YA’ SO!
So once again I have to say it, see I told ya’ so! A couple of years back I was busy for a couple of months emailing our senators and reps and anybody else that I could get to read my ravings about the fact that I was sure that one of these days some Mexican illegal’s that we thought were just Juan and Maria Gonzales from Chihuahua looking for a job would turn out to be Mullah Mustafa Monkeypucker Skyhook from Iran carrying a dirty bomb across the border.
I even went so far as to make the assertion that they just might be Juan and Maria Gonzalez but not Catholic as they would be assumed to be. They could be carrying a prayer rug instead of a Rosary. I cited the cases of the day involving the drug busts in south America and drug and gun smuggling profits from there going to Hezbollah and Al Qaeda. There have even been increasing conversions to Islam by the South American natives. Those of you who were polite enough to read my emails will remember me being stuck on the subject for at least a month.
I tried to put the subject in perspective by asking, what if Mustafa took a van and drove it out to the west side of the Kansas City loop and pushed the button and sent a nice pile of radioactive materiel across Kansas City on a day when the west wind was up?
Well I got nothing but a nice, “Thank you for expressing your concern about our Immigration policy…”
Not much else. I was left shaking my head thinking, what the he**? I really could not believe that no one could see the urgency that I saw in the subject.
You see I am blessed/cursed with the ability to play “then what”. It’s one of my favorite games. I say to myself, “okay that happens and then what and then what and then what.” The whole problem is that I do this stuff years before any one that I know of does it and I wind up with a raging Cassandra complex. That was the member of the royal family of Troy that warned of the coming Greek rampage that would eventually destroy their city. She stood pat while they rolled the horse into the city walls and got stinking drunk to celebrate the Greek departure. They wouldn’t listen and now Troy is gone.
Well now I feel fully vindicated. For the last few years after 911 the news has progressively forgotten about the dangers of an open back door in an unfriendly world. But some have continued to increase their call for border security citing the fact that terrorists would begin coming through the southern open door. Recently Ch. 2 Atlanta broadcast a report on the southern border being used as an entry point for people from countries like Sudan and Iran and Iraq, to name a few. They cite a Congressional Report on the subject. Finally it is out full force people across the country need to look at this subject and realize that when we say Illegal Immigrant we also include “Other Than Mexican”. Wahabist Islamics come in every color from Jet Black to Lilly White with blue eyes. I hope that the Arizona law kick starts some serious border security. I think it’s entirely possible that Wahabists could sneak a few people with a highly virulent viral strain into our back door, people named Gonzalez or Hernandez or something like that a name you wouldn’t fear. Then What???
Go to Youtube and check it out under “terrorists crossing Mexican Border” you’ll see for yourself.

All opinions are not worthy.
A friend of mine sent me an email with a bunch of pithy bumper stickers on it. I liked them all. There was however one that spoke to an issue very near and dear to my heart. The bumper sticker said “Try being informed instead of just being opinionated.” Good thought.
In the last couple of generations we as a people have been pushing the idea that everyone should have self respect and should learn to love themselves. It somehow sounds very good until you realize that having self-love and self-respect without being taught first to love others and respect others is the low road to self centeredness. Along with this concept we taught that without actually respecting others we are supposed to respect everyone’s opinion.
So somehow the very idea that you were so special as to come up with an opinion makes that opinion worth respecting. The persons thoughts should not be judged on their merit because of their content of truth. They should be accepted into the free marketplace of ideas simply on the basis of their existence. Of course acceptance of a concept without proof of its veracity is the lazy man’s way of gaining acceptance for himself. No worry about deep or precise thought, no struggles with truth just form any inane thought, snatched from the realm of mental indolence and every one smiles and nods and pretends to pause to consider your latest drivel. Don’t we feel better. Suzie and Johnny can’t think and continually talk out of turn on subjects they know nothing about. They will never further man’s state of existence, but they feel good about themselves.
The current popular culture involves a great deal of language without precise meaning. Look at the words that I tend to use. I have felt constrained to use simple wording for years now. I have played into the pattern laid by the prevailing culture of slovenliness. In using the words and concepts I used before a few people were put out with me because they thought that I had an unusually high opinion of myself. I never stopped to think how odd that sounds. But listen to youngsters and you will find that some are maligned for being “brainiacs”. The really knowledgeable youngster among them will be the one who can “text” using the mutated language that those who “text” use. “I’ll text you”? “Don’t text while driving”? When did the word that is used to refer to symbols used to construct words become a verb?
The language itself and the use of it has gone rogue. No one really knows what is being said or how to exactly say what they want. That is why they constantly ask, “you know what I’m saying?”. The assumption is that you don’t.
The assumption is that you also don’t know what you are talking about. Most of those listening to you don’t know what either of you are talking about. One of my favorite talk show hosts has a “Man on the street Thursday”, where he sends his assistants out of the studio to go to the street and ask people, who is the vice president and speaker of the house, etc. He quotes Marxist doctrine to them and then asks them if they agree and when they do he reveals the author of the idea to them and usually they are shocked to know that they are agreeing with Marx and Engals. It is a shame how so many on the street have opinions of how the economy should be run but can’t even tell you who John Maynard Keynes is. They have no knowledge of the U.S. Constitution and yet they feel qualified to put people into office to defend that constitution and govern within the confines of that very same constitution. Too many people have opinions about “the separation of church and state” without knowing that the words “separate” and “church” and “state” never appear in the first amendment. The common man doesn’t know why phylogenic recapitulation is wrong or what it is, they don’t have any idea what the tablets of Rome are they can’t tell you who wrote the rules for a republic or where he came from. There is little hope of getting an explanation of the difference between a republic and a democracy, let alone finding out which we live in, from the common man on the street.
All to often we train up our children with all sorts of knowledge of computers and other gadgets without teaching them true wisdom and how to think. Thinking is hard work. Learning how to think is not something one does without instruction and first knowing some goodly amount of solid truth. Precision of language goes with precision of thought. When a person thinks of how to perform some physical task they see it done in their mind’s eye then they perform it. But when thought is given to conceptual matters the thought occurs in words. That is why precise language is required to foster precise thought. Respect for the truth comes from the ability to understand that we are not omniscient. Thus we gain the ability to learn and when we learn to think accurately and discern truth then we become something more than a learned barbarian.
It is said that the words of a fool are many, and iron sharpens iron. So we should seek out the wise and avoid the fool. Challenge opinions and find out their origin. Look for the truth. Be prepared to offer a ready explanation for your belief. Then you deserve to enter the free marketplace of ideas where opinions will be judged on their content of the truth.

Arizona has to move on illegal's!
Okay so you knew that I could not last that long before popping off about the situation in Arizona. Those that know me know that I require time to ruminate on a subject before I shoot off my mouth and embarrass myself. Not that I will escape embarrassing myself but I need time to see that I will do it right.
I hate that I have to do what I do next, but there are those who may be outside of the half dozen or so that hit this blog regularly and you may or may not need this qualification.
First I am White. But being White is not a crime. I am also Traditionalist Catholic. As a Catholic I claim any race or sex that kneels before the Eucharist and can recite the Credo truthfully, as my family. I don’t hate Mexicans, Okay! So all you pseudo-intellectuals can put your ripping knives away. I have friends that are Pottawatomi only four I think. Around here it’s hard to tell. I have a friend who is Cherokee. I have a cell phone and email that is full of names like Garcia and Navarro and a couple of Gomez’s a Martinez and a couple others. I’ve even met Prince Bertrand of Brazil. Yep they do have a recognized Prince. I go to “Our Lady of Guadalupe “ for confession and even gave them a first class relic of St. Martin de Poores. So now that I’ve presented the liberal required qualifications to speak, here goes.
I have in the past made the statement that most Mexican nationals that come across the U.S. border illegally are just your regular ol’ Juan and Maria Gonzales coming from some little God forsaken town where work for them does not exist. People I have no trouble with and only wish good things for.
We have all seen what sort of a mess Mexico is in with corrupt officials and their friends the Mexican drug cartels in control. Mexico City is the no.1 city in the world for abductions and a small town Colonia Verdad just 3 feet from the Mexico U.S. border is the most violent town in the world. Who would not want to flee such a place and come to el Norte and get a job making any kind of wage and send for the rest of the family. I saw for a long time a mostly friendly God fearing, yes Catholic, hard working bunch just wanting to live. When I was living in Concordia some of The Sisters of St. Joseph had a Salvadoran refuge going in that town. Let me tell you if you wanted a nice suit expertly made and tailored to you, all you had to do is go and see the Salvadorans. They never caused any problem, went to Mass regularly and worked hard and tried hard to assimilate and wanted to have U.S. citizenship. I never saw any problem with the people just with how they got here.
Things have changed drastically. I had my eyes opened by a Hispanic custodian at one of our middle schools here. He was nearly irate with the behavior of some of the students there who happened to also be Hispanic. He explained to me that they had a bad discipline problem in that school that was specifically with the children of illegal Mexican aliens. His contention was that these children came from a home where the parents, unlike his who came here from a couple hundred miles south of Juarez, didn’t care if they worked or not. They, according to him, sold drugs and were gang bangers and milked the system for every benefit they could get. As a result their children were behaving like gangsters. He was obviously disgusted with people who shared his blood and were such a disgrace to that blood. His parents came in legally and went to work to build a life working for the Santa Fe Railroad.
We have a community of such families here in Oakland just N.E. of Topeka. A neighborhood of predominantly Catholic Chicano railroad workers. It’s a very clean orderly and friendly neighborhood. That’s where “Our Lady of Guadalupe” church and parochial school is. Those faces that I always see smiling at me when I go to confession are the people that gave me the my former view of Mexicans in general. The one that I intend to correct somewhat.
Am I going to slander all illegal aliens? No. There is another mostly Hispanic neighborhood that used to be mostly Black. It lies to the south and east of Oakland. It went from being a dangerous dirty little place to being a much cleaner and friendlier place. The new Hispanic arrivals did that. They have cleaned up the area slapped on a new coat of paint, picked up trash and started businesses. There are problems, in a couple of tortillarias you have to be able to habla some espanol or you won’t be able to order. Also the first time we have here a “Le EME” gang. Specifically Sur 13. We’ve been having gun fights over on the east side. MS 13 has also been active here. A clique moved in and robbed a friends gun shop, this is the Cherokee fellow. He’s received threats to his life, too bad, nice guy. While many of the late arrivals have come here specifically to work there are also many who came to deal drugs and steal bikes etc. to sell in Mexico. There is a lot of money being sent to Mexico both legally and illegally from our illegal community. The obvious problems with having a community of illegal’s that come from a neighboring country with a different official language and a different culture is that they do not assimilate. Many don’t want to be Americans. In general they have limited English skills and are not familiar with the local customs and culture. The good people are terrorized by the gangsters and not only do you see the storefront signs written in Spanish but they require us to print all documents twice once in English and once in Spanish. Now there are gang tags painted in Spanish popping up. They even fly a Mexican flag just a mile east of the Federal building where they fly the U.S. flag.
But this is Topeka, Kansas, two states north of the border. Things are much worse down on the border. On the north side of the border of Texas is the town of Laredo on the south side is Nuevo Laredo it is one of the best known sites where cross border tunnels have been built, some have been found. Tunnels used for drug smuggling, and people smuggling. The Mexican drug cartels have been so successful at smuggling cocaine across the border that an estimated 85 to 90% of cocaine coming into this country comes across the Mexico U.S. border. The majority of Meth that comes into this country comes across the Mexico U.S. border. The border Patrol caught 705,000 people coming across the border in 2008. According to Senator McCain of Arizona over 400,000 were caught in Arizona last year. It has been dangerous for the drug carriers (mules) and the workers coming in across the border. Out of the 2000 a day that come in at least 500 are known to have died along the border. How many there are that are not found is unknown.
There is an average of 3 border patrol and customs agents assaulted on the border every day.
It’s not only the Border Enforcement officials that bear the brunt of the illegal alien violence. The following story appeared on WorldNet Daily in Nov 2006.
“WASHINGTON – Charged with molesting a 12-year-old girl, Juan Leonardo
Qunitero had been deported back to Mexico in 1999 as an illegal alien.
Nevertheless, last week, he was back in the U.S., living comfortably
in a city that prohibited police from asking anyone about their
immigration status.
Rodney Johnson was a 12-year veteran on the Houston police force.
Married with five children, he was big, kind-hearted and unafraid
of working the toughest gang beats or late-night shifts.
On Thursday, Sept. 21, around 5:30 p.m., he pulled over a white
Ford pickup driving 50 mph in a 30 mph zone in what should have
been a routine traffic stop. The driver, Quintero, had neither
a driver's license nor any other identification so, after a pat down,
Johnson handcuffed him and placed him in the back of his patrol car.
But Johnson missed the gun in Quintero's waistband. The prisoner
pulled it out and fired four times at Johnson at close range.”
Unfortunately this is only one story out of dozens that have been gleaned from news and police reports across the nation in the last few years. No private or government agency keeps track of violence perpetrated by illegal aliens. But by the same methods used to gain the stories of assaults on Law Enforcement, WorldNet Daily has found that 12 Americans are murdered every day by illegal’s. That translates out to 4,380 Americans murdered by illegal’s every year and 21,900 killed from 2001 to 2006. Think about it, more Americans killed by illegal’s than by the warfare in the middle east. No one has called for a large protest against illegal’s. There is a literal warfare going on down at the Mexican border with the border patrol and other Americans being fired upon by drug smugglers. There have even been several hundred incursions into the U.S. by the Mexican military in support of the drug cartels. U.S. ranchers are terrorized by drug gangs using their land as a pathway into the U.S., several ranchers have been killed, many assaulted and several women brutalized by these kindly illegal’s. Things have gotten so bad that around Nuevo Laredo there have been Mexican families that have pulled up stakes and moved their whole lives further into the interior at the insistence of the drug gangs. And on the north side of the border in Phoenix Arizona there is one major trauma center left because of the numbers of illegal’s getting into trouble with the elements and drug and people smugglers. The illegal’s usually don’t pay. The financial stress is too much to bear for most hospitals. Over sixty California hospitals have shut down because of taking care of non paying Mexican nationals. But the most shocking statistic is that of the kidnappings in Phoenix. Phoenix Arizona is second in the world for kidnappings, right behind Mexico City. Recounting the violence and troubles caused by allowing open borders can go on ad infinitum, ad nauseum there is enough violence, drug smuggling and disease coming across our southern border to allow one to belabor the point to exhaustion. But there are a couple more situations that are just as disturbing as what I have already given examples of.
Some sources say there are about 20 million illegal’s in the U.S., others say more. Since the 20 million figure usually comes from those who want to play down the effects that this army of illegal aliens has on the culture and economy, I tend to believe the larger estimates. However for the purposes of my particular illustration let’s take the 20 million figure as gospel for now. The Department of Homeland Security says that 97% of the illegal’s crossing our borders come across at the Mexican border and about 90% of them are Mexican nationals. Really? Think to yourself what does a Mexican look like? The fact is that a Mexican national can appear as anything from a Negro to a Native American to a light skinned Spaniard with blue eyes. So my point is that if confronted near the Mexican border by a male about 5’11” who has brown skin and eyes and black hair who speaks Spanish and has Mexican ID calling him Juan Gonzales, you’d think you have a Mexican. Right? How do you know? If you can’t thoroughly examine his ID then how do you know what you have? Is his name Juan or Mustafa? If you and I can learn Mexican Spanish then so can Mustafa. Just yesterday I was at a gathering and we were having lunch and discussing this subject. Around the table were two ladies who were partly and fully Mexican American, a couple of Celts, a German and a friend who was half Germanic and Half Sicilian. I remarked that with his appearance, as dark as he is, if he could just speak Spanish and was dressed right he would appear Mexican. He looked more Mexican than the two ladies. So would a Palestinian or a Persian (Iranian). If there truly are only 20 million illegal’s in the U.S. and 1% of them are Islamic terrorists that came across the Mexican border posing as Mexicans then there are 200,000 Islamic terrorists here. You do the math, if you break that down to half a percent that’s only 100,000, does that sound better? Not to me. If you think I’m just dreaming up arguments then consider this story that appeared on BBC and Fox News.
“Police in Ecuador say they have broken up an international drugs ring which was raising money for the Islamic militant group Hezbollah. The authorities have declined to give details of the gang’s alleged links with the group, but say it was sending Hezbollah up to 70% of its profits…” BBC June 22, 2005.
A company in Quito, Ecuador was supplying money to Hezbollah. Hezbollah is a proxy group for Iran. I know, so I only cited one instance and for the purposes of my argument I’ll let it rest at that one, but any one who wishes can go do a search on Islamic Terror activities in South America and Mexico will find a lot more. All it takes is for one terrorist to sneak across the border with a dirty bomb in a back pack and it can ruin your whole year. How many terrorists did it take to bring down the World Trade Towers? And no, George Bush didn’t do it.
Then there’s the theory of Aztlan. Many white people haven’t heard of that before so for their benefit I will try to briefly explain what I know. According to certain Mexican organizations their ancestors came from an area they call Aztlan. This area stretches from Washington state to Idaho down through California and over through Texas, including many western and all the southwestern states. It is their contention that the illegal aliens that come from Mexico to the U.S. just rightly belong here since it is their “Homeland”. Much like Germany claimed that most of central and eastern Europe was the “Fatherland” of the Aryan people. The Mexicans who claim Aztlan say that they didn’t cross our border, but that our border crossed them. It is their aim to “Mexicanize” Aztlan and thus return it to their control. It is necessary for them to regain control of this large tract of land in order for them to survive as a people, or so they say. This is not a fringe movement. If you will watch the “Cinco De Mayo” parades and the anti immigration law demonstrations you will see this attitude displayed on their banners and their clothing. Another thing you will see that should warn of some of the underlying political theory that is definitely there is that many banners and shirts display the likeness of the Communist icon Che Guevara.
If you are a Catholic or any other kind of Christian even if you are Hispanic, do not be deceived by the images of Our Lady Of Guadalupe that these people display. Those who are the true proponents of the Aztlan Reconquista are not pro Christian. They use the Symbols and seek to unite the Hispanic population by using their strong ties to The Church. But if you consider that this Aztlan Reconquista is supported by certain government officials in Mexico then the image becomes clearer. I have a friend who lives now in St. Mary’s Kansas whose parents were “Cristero’s”, a group that grew out of the government persecution of Christianity in Mexico from 1926 to 1929. There was a lot of fighting and many atrocities perpetrated by the Mexican government on Christians of all sorts. When former Mexican President Fox welcomed Pope John Paul II to Mexico he was constrained by Mexican law to welcome him only as a religious leader and not as a head of state. The Vatican is a separate state. Yet the Mexican president must welcome President Chavez of Venezuela an admitted Marxist or President Lula of Brazil another Marxist or even Fidel Castro of Cuba with a higher welcome than the Pope. And 90% of Mexicans are at least cultural Catholics. It is exactly this kind of disregard for Christianity that is underlying the true leaders of the Aztlan movement. If you are Christian the Aztlan people don’t like you and if you are European (white) they hate you.
These things may seem far away to the federal legislators in Washington D.C. or to the people in the liberal enclaves of Minneapolis or Seattle. But they are only a few meters away to the people living along the U.S. Mexico border. The last thing that Barrack Hussein Obama or Nancy Pelosi fears when they go to sleep at night is the sudden terror of being awakened by drug smugglers outside their bedroom window. To the citizens of Arizona and the other border states that is a fact of life. They commonly awake to find trash like water bottles and empty milk jugs across their yards. Many families along the border are missing their loved ones due to the violence wrought by smugglers and by the gangs who specialize in kidnapping girls to be sold as slaves.
It is the very first responsibility of the Government of our nation our states and our counties and municipalities to provide for the safety of their citizens. If the federal government does not provide that level of protection that it should then it is only reasonable to expect the state to try to provide it. If in turn the states do not provide reasonable protection for the people then it falls to the people themselves.
In the case of Arizona, if you check what has been happening to the people of Arizona in the last few years and the discussions held in the city councils of Tucson, Phoenix and other cities of that state you will see that there is a growing danger of the protection of the citizen of Arizona falling to the citizen himself. Non Mexicans have been exposed to increasing threat of violence even to the point that some neighborhoods have at times thrown up hasty barricades against the threatened violence of the illegal’s. The threat of escalating violence continued to increase to the level where Governor Brewer has called upon the Federal government to enforce federal law along the Arizona border. These requests have been ignored. With the threat faced by Arizona citizens of every extraction the only reasonable thing for the state of Arizona to do is to take action itself to protect its citizens. If the drug cartels and the Aztlan Reconquista movement and the radicals who support an open border with Mexico have their way and the rights of the citizens of Arizona are ignored in favor of the rights of the drug cartels and the anti American groups. The citizens of Arizona and the poor souls who blindly supported the open border could possibly be launched into localized warfare.
In the best case scenario, the federal government will be shaken out of their dreams of an unlimited Hispanic vote and cheap labor fueled by Hispanic wage slaves to actually enforce the law and go in to fix the damage that their indolence caused. Such an action if required will cost lives and money. In the worst scenario such troubles will spread and there will be clashes in states where there are large numbers of illegal’s. The Hispanics who will allow themselves to be used will be driven forward by the lashing whip of perceived racism and the American citizen will respond in defense. If, as I suspect, there are powers in the government that intend to use such a thing to seize more power and wealth, they are playing with fire. It is a gambit that is ill advised. Such things tend to go out of control and into anarchy all players then have the chance to grab at the reins of control. The loss will be astounding in any case. Such a thing may be years away, but then they could be at the back door. Which do you want for children? Do you want the insanity that is brewing or protection for the U.S. Citizen that Arizona is trying to provide?
NOTE:
1. Cinco De Mayo
The 5th of May. In 1861 Benito Juarez stopped paying Mexico’s debt to France. Seeking resolution of Mexican national debt France invaded Mexico.
General Seguin led his Mexican army against a vastly superior French force at Puebla on the fifth of May. The formerly victorious French suffered a resounding defeat. The French went on to occupy Mexico and depose Juarez and install Maximilian I as Emperor of Mexico. Juarez continued to resist the French. America Put pressure on the French in several areas including the threat of military aid. In 1866 the French began their withdrawal and they were out by 1867. To the Aztlan Reconquista people it symbolizes victory over Europeans and regaining what they see as theirs. Even though the French would probably have stayed a long time if it had not have been for the U.S. and our Monroe Doctrine.
2. Arms in the hands of American Citizens.
Legal firearms ownership in America is to the point where there are more than 250,000,000 firearms owned by American Citizens. This is only a low guess. My wife herself owns 3 handguns. Together we own 8 handguns 4 rifles and a couple of shotguns. I have friends who own more. No we didn’t set out to own that many. I may sell some. The point is that if any kind of demonstrations grow into riots in the wrong place the armed resistance will be incredible. This makes the avoidance of those circumstances essential. Getting the government to enforce the law is essential. This is not an opportunity for new votes.
I hate that I have to do what I do next, but there are those who may be outside of the half dozen or so that hit this blog regularly and you may or may not need this qualification.
